STARS LLC is a registered Palestinian company specialized in developing Arabic softwares. The company was established in March 2009 as result of the award DAC Competition in Palestine which was launched by UN-ESCWA in cooperation with the Palestine Information and Communication Technology Incubator (PICTI) between 25 June and 31 July 2008.
The company is incubated in PICTI since December 2008 and anticipating graduation from the incubator facility in the Winter of 2010, and currently in the latest stages of developing Arabic OCR system.
