STARs future plans is to conduct further research and development of the OCR system to be able to recognize handwritten Arabic letters in a maximum accuracy level. STARs shorter term development plans in to develop algorithms to create Arabic fonts in order to be activated in office and word processing applications in alignment to the needs of the end users.
